Elephant Walk by Donald Jenkins & his Delighters is like a four part mini symphony charted in 1963. The concert starts with a cymbal crash, some talking, then takes you to Africa where a Native Girl sways her hips and puts a boy from the south side of Chicago in a trance. The tune changes gears again at the end with jungle sounds, crazy melodies, always haunting me-e. All completed in two minutes 41 seconds. gongggg gonggg (cymbals clash) (spoken) When your stomach speaks you forget your man When your man speaks you forget your heart but when your heart speaks, you forget everything (sings) ohhh, the night was splendid and serene yes, when a native girl wiggled right into my dreams She-ee did a little dance it seemed so popular mmmmm and I loss my heart in darkest Africa Thank you for using Top40db.com.
